The production cycle of our company can be subdivided into two sequential streamlines: the first one, highly technological and robotized, relies on a limited, yet extremely qualified staff and on fully automated lines for mass production of electronic components which are the core of our products; the second one, mainly relying on human resources, consists of organized teams involved in testing, assembly, calibration and serial identification of all components, for an accurate traceability of finished parts.

Always looking ahead to the technological evolutions, our production division makes use of the most advanced machinery and instrumentation existing on the market.

Advanced production systems ensure a controlled just-in-time production with top yield, to meet in real time any type of demanding order.

The automatic assembly lines of electronic components based on SMT technology guarantee high quality and extreme electronic miniaturization for all BTSR products. All electronic boards assembled are thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Center.

100% of our production is inspected through sophisticated visual and ‘test-in-circuit’ instruments, in order to guarantee high quality standards. Along each testing line, all BTSR products must pass several test stages, prior to be certified with our brand and to be put on the market.

In our company we work according to the Quality System standards, and with a strong ‘Problem Solving’ orientation, since the early planning stage; all the customer requirements and expectations are deeply analyzed in order to find the best and technologically most advanced solutions.

In our R&D laboratories, a team of experts studies and designs exclusive products, aimed at a full "Customer Satisfaction".

After the design feasibility check, a specialized department with the aid of advanced CAD tools fulfills the product engineering both from Mechanical point of view, i.e. Design and product Ergonomy, and from Electronic point of view, i.e. PCBs and special "custom" components.

In our Software R&D area, another team of engineers is involved in Software development, the earth of all BTSR products.
